For health and/or dental insurance that begins on the 1st of a month, customers must enroll by the 15th of the previous month, and the carrier(s) must receive your first payment by the 25th of the previous month. For example, if you‘d like coverage to begin on February 1, {0}, you must select and enroll in a plan by January 15th and the carrier(s) must receive your payment(s) by January 25th. Within 5-10 business days from enrollment, you will receive an invoice from your carrier with payment instructions. Customers will not receive their health and/or dental insurance ID cards until after the first premium payment is received.

WARNING: If the carrier does not receive your payment by the 25th of the month, your coverage may not be active on the 1st of the following month.

PLEASE PAY THE INVOICE FROM YOUR CARRIER(S) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID DELAYS IN COVERAGE ACTIVATION.
